Assistant Principal

Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Principal to join our educational institution. As an Assistant Principal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Principal in the overall administration and management of the school. Duties:
- Assist the Principal in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school
- Manage and supervise teachers, staff, and students to ensure a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective instructional strategies
- Support the Principal in creating and implementing school policies and procedures
- Participate in budgeting and financial planning activities
- Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Coordinate and oversee student discipline procedures
- Assist in organizing and conducting school events, such as assemblies, parent meetings, and graduation ceremonies
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community members to foster positive relationships

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in education administration or related field
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and written communication
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and resources
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of educators
- Experience in fundraising activities for educational programs or initiatives

Education:
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
