What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Director PHP Out-Patient position at College Hospital?
College Hospital is looking for a Program Director to lead and manage our Partial Hospitalization program in Alhambra. The Program Director will be responsible for creating strategies to ensure the success of the program, overseeing the day-to-day operations, supervising all phases of treatment within the program, and participating in direct patient care as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed LCSW, or Psychologist
- Minimum of two years' experience in clinical specialty
- Minimum of one year of management or administrative experience in Mental Health preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program goals and objectives.
- Manage program budget and resources.
- Monitor program performance, evaluate results, and make necessary adjustments to ensure success.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members; monitor therapist's groups and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49.93 - $74.89 per hour
