Responsibilities
- Oversee daily job assignments and scheduling of crews 2-3 days a week.
- Lead daily morning huddles with crews before they head out
- Communicate with clients regarding theis needs and any issues that arise
- Meet or exceed KPIs and benchmarks as it relates to job efficiency, customer satiafaction, limiting damage claims, upselling services and supplies, disposal fees and limiting overtime
- Oversee truck fleet and coordinate preventitive maintenance with our mobile mechanic
- Oversee moving supplies and order as necessary
- Assist with hiring and training of new employees
- Lead or assist on junk and move jobs as needed.
Qualifications
If you love customer service and helping others, you've come to the right place. Must meet the following qualifications:
- Previous Managerial or Operations experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Drug and alcohol-free.
- Must be able to pass a ciminal background check.
