Hours:
Approximately 30-40 Hours per week (depending on the candidate’s capabilities and schedule), five days a week; hours may start lower and increase after training; then a set schedule will commence.
Approximate probable schedule: A range between Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM Pacific Time
Location: Remote
Education: Bachelors Degree Required; Masters Degree a plus.
· Particularly relevant degrees are Psychology, Counseling, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, Public Relations, Marketing, Masters of Business Administration, Organizational Development or Education.
Job Duties:
· Advises students on curriculum, markets customized leadership and coaching services to organizations, composes detailed written correspondence, and supports the senior faculty with Zoom facilitation.
· Sends confirmation letters, responds to informational requests for consulting and educational services, manages Learning Management System for course content, completes continuing education applications, enters student information in databases, completes student transcript records, edits articles, may assist with research, fields calls from potential clients and current faculty.
· Potential job duties based on interest and skills: social media management, sales leadership, Google Ads account management, graphic design and completes other administrative requests of the President of the organization.
· Position begins with relatively straightforward tasks and gradually increases in complexity and responsibility with experience.
Competitive Salary: $21-22/hour to start (depending on experience and education) with regular salary increases with excellent performance.
