Job Description
Professional position responsible for expanding, developing, and maintaining Jumpstart, CTE, dual enrollment, dual technical credit, and early college academy initiatives for the campus service region. The Manager, Early College Campus is a professional position reporting to the Henderson Campus Vice President. The incumbent works closely with partner schools in the service region to build high school student enrollment and create pathways to enrollment following high school graduation. The position ensures that dual, concurrent, and early college programs are administered in accord with agreed upon memorandums of understanding and SOPs. As an advocate for students, the manager is a leader within the Campus Vice President's Unit whose primary job is to promote and help coordinate participating students':

Exposure and engagement to CSN postsecondary options and career opportunities

Students' successful transition to CSN
The ideal candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing with high school administrators, faculty, and students.

Excellent program coordination skills, including demonstrated record of completing tasks on time, with minimal supervision, and with attention to details.

Ability to deal tactfully and communicate effectively and sensitively with both high school and college administrators, faculty, students, and the public.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited College or University OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
-
4 years' experience developing academic and programmatic partnerships between 2-year and/or 4-year college and service area high schools
-
Versed in high school CTE pathways leading to industry certifications and associates degrees
-
A valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in higher education, counseling, business administration, or related field

Community College experience
-
Bi-lingual / Bi-cultural (Spanish)

Public speaking ability
-
Knowledge of financial aid and scholarship opportunities
Starting Salary Range
