Operation Manager
As our Operation Manager, you will manage the day-to-day site operations including but not limited to administrative, people and culture, finances and facilities management. You will oversee and ensure that all systems are in place and plan for site operations in a way that brings order and a sense of stability to the team. To thrive in this job, you must be highly skilled in human resources, finance, and IT management, and be able to develop and maintain an environment that reflects College Track’s culture, brand, and mission.

You’ll know Operation Manager is the right fit for you if…
- You have a depth of experience in managing day-to-day site operations, including office management, finance, technology, and facilities.
- You enjoy planning events and assisting with logistics for site visits and meetings with ease.
- You have excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- You are skilled in analyzing and reporting data
- You are comfortable serving as the IT point of contact, assisting staff with issues
- You are excited to collaborate with site leadership to build a strong site culture that is representative of College Track.
- You are excited to work in-person 11:00 A.M. - 7:30 P.M. Monday - Thursday and 10:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M Fridays. You will also need to be available to work on Saturdays about once a month.
- Spanish or Cantonese language proficiency preferred

This position is exempt, with a full salary range of $62,700-$94,050. However, aligned with our DEI practices, we target the 50th percentile of the salary band at $76,800-$81,510. All offers are dependent upon experience.
