To accomplish the Clerk’s Office core mission of serving the citizens of Collier County, the Board Minutes and Records section of the Finance Division is responsible for providing and producing accurate, concise minutes of the Board of County Commissioners’ meetings and related committees for the benefit of the general public, staff and the Board. The critical work of documenting and safeguarding the Board’s records is performed by a team of highly skilled and dedicated staff.
The Board Minutes and Records Clerk I will perform a wide variety of clerical, customer service and record keeping tasks relating to official records of the Board of County Commissioners. This position will perform essential work for the Finance Division such as:

Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or a GED equivalent; bilingual ability is desirable. A minimum of 6 months clerical or customer service experience is required. Bookkeeping, accounting or auditing experience is a plus. College credit or other relevant work experience may be substituted.
