Commissioning & Energy Project Manager

Overview

Colliers Project Leaders is currently looking for a Commissioning & Energy Project Manager to join our team in Madison, CT.

Responsibilities

• Provide Cx/EBCx services through all phases (design, construction, and post-occupancy; planning, investigation, implementation, turnover, and persistence)
• Manage projects to completion, on-time, within budget, and within scope of work and are able to independently produce reports, summaries, and briefings
• Effectively lead communications within a project team and successfully manage multiple clients at once

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Facilities Engineering
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to read/understand technical materials (i.e. drawings, specs, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience in problem solving skills, planning and organizing, decision-making
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), facilitation, and team work capabilities.
• Knowledge of New England area
• EIT or PE preferred
• ACP or CCP preferred
