Colliers Project Leaders is looking for a Senior Owner's Project Manager to join us in Boston, MA for a variety of projects including historic restoration.
We provide unbiased, independent client advocacy for every phase of project planning and execution. We have expertise in all project types—from new building construction and complex renovations to interior improvements and system replacements. Your project’s success is our success. 125 professionals with expertise in architecture, engineering, sustainability, construction, facilities planning, operations, and financial management.
• Responsible for managing projects in the design, construction, and closeout phases on a daily basis; some involvement in pre-design, if no Sr. PM assigned• Drives the implementation of projects and provides day to day project team management (architect, contractor, owner, SBS, etc.)• Produces reports, summaries, and briefings• Develops contracts and manages negotiations• Manages various tasks, schedules, and deliverables• Manages service delivery quality control• Responsible for problem-solving, planning and organizing, and decision-making• Assists in developing the total project budget• Maintains financial control/oversight of the projects’ budget• Creates contingency & CO expenditure reports• Leads communication with project team participants; assists Director in managing client relationship as needed• Attends and participates in Professional Development Training• Participates in project interviews and seeks opportunities with existing clients• Other miscellaneous related duties, as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree required• Upon hire: 7 years’ experience in the building design/construction, architecture, and/or engineering field, preferred
• Experience with historic restorations preferred.
• Certified PE and/or RA preferred
