About you

The Receptionist/Client Services Coordinator will provide exceptional internal sales support to a limited number of assigned brokers in the Royal Oak brokerage office with efficient and high quality administrative and marketing support services. Working closely with the Regional Operations Manager, this position will provide Receptionist services to the office during regular business hours.

**This position is a Fully Onsite position based out of our Royal Oak, Michigan Office**

In this role, you will...

  • Proposals and Presentations

    * Coordinate and support brokers in creating and preparing content for listing pitches/presentations and proposals. (e.g. responses to BOVs, RFI's and RFP's)

  • Market Knowledge

    * Prepare surveys (lease and sales comparables or availabilities)

  • Marketing Support

    * Coordinate and execute production of marketing collateral, partnering with marketing as needed.

  • Transaction Administration

  • Prepare and facilitate changes of legal documents (letters of intent, offers, commission agreements, listing agreements, Multiple Listing Service agreements); update documents as required, and participate in the due diligence process when applicable.

  • Receptionist

    * Answer incoming calls during business hours.

What you'll bring

  • 2 years of related experience of Administration.

  • Possesses strong computer skills, including intermediate - advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience with InDesign as well as conducting research. i.e., via the internet, MLS, or Costar is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience in the commercial real estate sector or a related professional services industry is preferred.
