What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aide (PRN) position at Collington?
1. Serves meals according to diets as ordered; includes preparing mechanically altered meals.
2. Cleans and sanitizes kitchen and dining room.
3. Develops relationships with residents.
4. Sets up tables before meals and breaks down tables/carts after meals.
5. Washes dishes and keeps dish temperature log.
6. Transports food and supplies from the main kitchen to the kitchenettes.
7. Keeps HACCP logs – temperatures, cleaning logs, calibration logs
8. Attends in-services and completes competencies.
