Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. Primary Responsibilities:
Electrical Engineering co-ops in the Power Electronics Engineering Team performs assignments requiring use and application of electrical engineering or scientific development principles and techniques. Assignments usually consist of solving problems that are a part of a larger project or system.
Basic Qualifications:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, self-directed and capable of working in a multi-disciplined team environment with a positive attitude and perform effectively. The candidate must have good oral and written communication skills for conveying technical approaches, trade-offs, risk assessments and recommendations. The ideal candidate is a willing mentor/mentee, multitasks successfully, and is adaptable to the changing demands of a competitive corporate environment.
