HMN01: S&IS (Sensors) - Burnsville 14300 Judicial Rd, Burnsville, MN, 55306 USAThis position is for a ADS/IADS Manufacturing Engineering Technician who is under direct supervision. Performs basic technical tasks which contribute to the planning and execution of engineering projects. Provides technical support to engineers on a variety of engineering tasks. Assists higher level support staff to confer with engineers on details and implications of test procedures and results.
Primary Responsibilities:
Works under direct supervision to provide technical support to engineers on a variety of engineering tasks.
Performs basic technical tasks which contribute to the planning and execution of engineering projects.
Prepares charts, graphs, or diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, or machine utilization.
Conducts basic materials test and analysis.
Assists higher level support staff to confer with engineers on details and implications of test procedures and results.
Maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data, engineering design changes to support engineering disciplines.
Analyzes, maintains, compiles and formats data and design changes.
Processes change orders related to engineering documentation related to manufacturing.
Basic Qualifications:
AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
OR In the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 8 years of relevant experience is required
OR A Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
