- Develops a strategic plan for a commodity or a strategic supplier.
- Creates, executes and manages various contract types (Cost Type, Incentive Type, Firm Fixed, etc.), using source selection techniques.
- Leads sourcing process from RFQ to contract signature, and conducts bidders’ conferences as required.
- Responsible for early contract identification and engagement to support new business pursuits and provide risk and opportunity analysis for early capture.
- Responsible for overall relationship with one or multiple strategic accounts across a given commodity.
- Ensures supplier or commodity is performing to the designed RTX requirements from delivery, quality and cost perspective.
- Develops program supplier risk and opportunity management plans.
- May lead, initiate and/or participate in supplier assessments and development activities.
- May manage teams overseeing subcontractors or critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programs
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience OR In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft 365 experience
- Data analysis experience
