The Principal Specialist, F135 Sustainment Program is an integral part of a team of professionals who get things done, enjoy working together and are committed to growing with this fast-moving company.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholder to restart manufacturing processes

  • Team with vendors to eliminate scarce asset challenges and maintain performance 

  • Develop the ability to forecast/analyze hardware requirements for field recalls/fleet repairs

  • Understand budgeting, schedule planning, status and estimating costs at completion

  • Coordinate supplier repair output capacity to meet/exceed forecasted demand

  • Analyze reliability improvements supporting retrofits programs

  • Develop or submit fleet management plans/documentations to customers

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR

  • Advance degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR

  • In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required

  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aerospace experience

  • Manufacturing experience

  • Experience with budgeting and linkage between business cost analysis
