As a Mobile Associate, youll work side by side with your local team in an ever-evolving environment. Youll make connections with teammates, build relationships with your customers, learn about new wireless and internet technologies, and train your way toward becoming a Mobile Expert.

- Customer Service experience and skills
- High School or GED completion required, Bachelors degree a plus,
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Basic knowledge of computers and mobile phones/devices.

What your day-to-day looks like:
- Providing helpful, personal, and guided assistance to Customers
- Demonstrating equipment and technology in-store
- Learning, learning, and more learning about wireless technology, people skills, and yourself
- Setting new sales records, winning customer service awards, and helping your store team be victorious by approaching each sale with integrity and passion
