Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented entry level Litigation Records Clerk to assist our legal team in managing and organizing case files and records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Legal experience is not required, but helpful.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files and records
  • Daily downloading, recording and organization of voluminous medical records
  • Create and update case indexes and databases
  • Assist with document production and discovery requests
  • Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure timely and accurate filing of documents
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
