What doesa P&C Specialist do

TheP&C Specialist is responsible for supporting theP&C department in the Americas including recruitmentonboarding orientation and benefits and payroll management.

Position assists in the development and implementation of policiesalong with compliance with applicable local State and Federalemployment laws.

This position will work closelywith P&C team members and colleagues on transactionalactivities. The role will serve as a coordinator in PayrollOnBoarding Training and P&C activities globally andregionally.

What will youdo

  • Performs benefitsadministration processing health benefits and communicatingbenefits information to colleagues.
  • Explainsand resolves benefit details issues and inquiries from planparticipants.
  • Audits employee benefitenrollment for accuracy and conducts premiumreconciliation.
  • Processes payroll and managepayroll related activities.
  • Reviews time andlabor daily and updates employeerecords
  • Administers the company plan andprocesses all reimbursements.
  • Onboards newhires and conducts newemployeeorientations.
  • Manages the preemploymentprocess.
  • Organizes companywide eventscoordinates staff meetings and employeeevents.
  • Maintains the company organizationalcharts and the employee directory.
  • Handlesemployee relations; counseling and the outplacementprocess.
  • Maintains the human resource systemsand employee records.
  • Maintains compliance withfederal state and local employment and benefits laws andregulations.
  • Works collaboratively with theP&C team on special projects and open enrollmentactivities.
  • Performs other related duties asrequired andassigned.

What YoullNeed

  • Working knowledgeof principles and practices of personnel administration includingemployment laws and their application especially Title VII FMLA FCAFLSA ADA ERISA HIPPA.
  • Technologically astuteand experience with HRIS systems to support thebusiness.
  • Ability to maintain strictconfidentiality guidelines.
  • Exceptionalcustomer service skills.
  • Proficient computerskills including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong followthrough on projects anddeliverables.
  • Takes initiative in developmentand completion of projects.
  • Willingness toaccept additional responsibilities.
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills; ability to interface withall levels of employees in the organization.
  • 12years of HR Payroll and / or Benefitsadministration.
  • Some experience inOnBoarding.
  • Preferred Bachelors degree in humanresources psychology business administration or relatedfield.
