Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication reminders
- Provide emotional support and behavior management for residents with special needs
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
- Collaborate with social workers and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Drive residents to appointments and outings as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home care or direct support is preferred
- Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and systems
- Valid driver's license
