What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Solutions Advisor position at Colony Bank?
Position Purpose: Responsible for developing new business and promoting Treasury Management services for the bank. Responsible for the performance of, but not limited to, the below listed treasury solutions:

Essential Functions and Basic Duties:
- Responsible for developing new business, expanding existing business and promoting all Treasury Management products and services
- Creates proposals to outline appropriate products and services after analyzing client cash flow and operating procedures
- Assist in negotiations to include proposal letters, fee agreements and final contracts
- Participates in an active calling program to seek out prospective customers
- Participates in the servicing of customers, including resolving issues, opening accounts, responding to questions and maintenance as needed
- Works closely with Commercial Bankers on business development activities
- Conducts training sessions on product enhancements for the bank team
- Responsible for complying with BSA policies and procedures
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Experience:
- 2-3 years job-related experience
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Treasury terminology, functions, and regulations
- CTP Certification preferred
- Relevant computer skills
