What You’ll Do:
The Data Integration Analyst is responsible for the design, development, testing, execution, and quality assurance of both automated and manual data ETL-ELT, integration, and exchange processes across the enterprise. The candidate will work with large sets of data from Operational data source on and off premises. Develop secure and efficient processes, utilizing various software applications to streamline and expedite the transformation and integration of data into various tools for reporting.

Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science or related field.
- 3 years of experience in modern programming languages preferred. (C# and Python are commonly used.)
- Experience with Windows based applications such as Visual Basic, .Net, etc.
- Experience with client server applications, web based applications, software integration, and Data Base design.
- Knowledge of Python, C# or C , Java, ETL, SQL, and AWS is helpful
- Knowledge of data processing
- Proven ability to master new technologies
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a creative and innovative approach to solutions
- Ability to ensure that solutions are secure, efficient, scalable, and supportable
- Ability to communicate in business terms and build a strong relationship with stakeholders
This is a hybrid position is based at our headquarters in Monroe, WI. You will work onsite Tuesday – Thursday and may work remotely most Mondays and Fridays. To take advantage of the remote work option, you must:
- Have reliable, high-speed internet
- Appropriate home office ergonomics
- Be able to travel to Monroe on short notice if needed
