Multi-brand Ecommerce company seeking customer centric superstar to join our team.
This is not a remote postion. It is a full time in-person position located in Tempe, Arizon

Do you have ecommerce, Shopify and/or Amazon Seller Central experience?

Responsibilities include:
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, SEO, GoogleAds and/or Amazon PPC advertising would be awesome.
- Manage the company's online presence on the company website, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
- Identify, generate, and qualify sales opportunities; this includes but not limited to the use of customer database, internet research and email marketing.
- Provide a consultative customer experience via phone and email to customers and prospects.
- Assist customers via phone/email with product inquiry, price and availability quotes, order entry and follow-up, shipment tracking, returns/refund support, and effective problem solving.
- Assist with social media and blogging projects.
- Contribute to the team effort by assisting other team members as needed.
- Work in a small office environment which requires “pitching in” and being a key player on the team to help other employees and the company.
- May at times, assist in preparing and packing orders for customers which require some light lifting and strong attention to detail. Yes, you may get the opportunity to work in the warehouse occasionally!
Requirements:
- Good positive attitude, excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self-starter and able to work independently.
- Strong computer skills and an ability to learn new software quickly.
- Experience working with Amazon Seller Central, Word Press, Shopify, QuickBooks and/or Excel would be awesome, but not required.
- Good math and organizational skills.
- A willingness to learn, accept coaching, improve performance, and take on additional responsibilities. Work in a small office environment which requires “pitching in” to help other employees and the company.

MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:30AM – 4:00PM (SOME FLEXIBILITY)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
