About the Job
The Enterprise Applications Manager (EAM) is a full-time, exempt position responsible for administering and supporting the University’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and ancillary applications under direction of the CIO. The EAM will complete general system maintenance of the ERP system, including testing and deploying monthly updates. In addition, they will troubleshoot and resolve any ERP system and application-related issues. They will deploy applications and application customizations, enhancements, and interfaces connected to the ERP when directed.

We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Strong knowledge of higher education processes and challenges.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems design and implementation.
- Knowledge of core software applications desired; including Ellucian Colleague, Filebound, StarRez, Softdocs etrieve, and Solarwinds Service Desk.
- Knowledge of windows servers, IIS and programming languages; including MS SQL, JavaScript, JSON, and JQuery.
- Excellent ability to establish and manage professional relationships.
- An analytical and creative mind with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Key Job Duties

In this role, the Enterprise Applications Manager contributes to the mission by being member of a Christ-centered information technology team that is committed to serving CCU students, employees, and constituents with grace and truth.
- Function as the institutional expert on ERP (Colleague) Administration.
- Supervise the Application Support team by managing work schedules, prioritizing service requests and projects, and performing quality assurance on completed work.
- Oversee projects assigned to the Application Support team by planning, managing, and prioritizing team workload effectively, ensuring transparency and visibility into the team's operations.
- Meet regularly with team members and provide feedback on performance in addition to assistance with resolving escalated incidents.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of service requests and ensure all service level objectives are being met or exceeded.
- Improve productivity by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in tools, training, processes, and/or reporting.
- Plan and lead implementations as directed and provide application users with technical support where needed.
- Provide level 2 and 3 support for the University ERP/SIS, custom applications, and other University enterprise applications.
- Handle client escalation and work with a sense of urgency to ensure Application Support team provides excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to driving adoption, user training, and value for the organization.
- Assist in the definition of the architecture and technology needs of the organization based on upgrades and establish priorities and strategies consistent with business goals and economic viability.
- Prepare and manage annual budget expenditures for the department.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to walk, stand, sit, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, speak with clarity, and have appropriate vision and hearing capabilities. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. You may be required to work occasional irregular hours, including some nights and weekends. Colorado Christian University expects all faculty and staff to become a part of the University community by participating in activities and events that occur on the campus throughout the year, which may occur during evenings and weekends.
