Description

Responsible for examining, interpreting, and making minor modifications to contracts and change orders that involve the purchase or sale of doors, frames, hardware, and access control in accordance with established corporate policies and procedures. Also responsible for tracking contracts/change orders and scanning them to virtual files when fully executed. Requires focused attention to detail, an understanding of the mutual obligations of the contracting parties, and experience reviewing construction contracts. May also be responsible for obtaining certificates of insurance for contractors.

Qualifications


  • Experience in reading and understanding construction contracts
  • Some legal experience helpful
  • Quick learner
  • Moderate keyboarding skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Fluent in English
