General Statement Of Duties:
Assists in the development and implementation of court program policies and procedures, including the review and evaluation of organizational resources related to training, system development and maintenance and court management technology.
Distinguishing Factors:
Positions in this classification are distinguished from other classifications by the concentration on assisting in the development, implementation and maintenance of activities related to court operations. This position reports directly to the Administrative Authority or designee.
The Court Operations Specialist will be responsible for onboarding and training for district court division staff, creating and maintaining training materials, data integrity reports, facilitating meetings and other activities related to court operations.

Please note: The stated salary range on the posting represents the entry level through maximum compensation for the position. Salary offers are based on a wide variety of factors including a candidate’s experience, skills and education as well as budget availability. All new employees are hired at the lower end of this range. Salary growth within the job classification primarily is based on performance awards and cost of living and wage survey increases.

This is an in-person position within our court with the schedule being Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
No formal supervisory responsibility. Responsibility for one's own work product and work within a unit performing similar functions. May provide lead function, advice or explain work instructions to other employees or volunteers.
Minimum Education:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in business, public or court administration and two years’ of direct court related experience with proficiency in court data management systems.
OR
Additional directly related court experience may be substituted for the formal education on a year-to-year basis.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to perform repetitive motions, talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to walk/move about. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. May handle emergency or crisis situations; is subject to many interruptions; may handle multiple calls and inquiries simultaneously and may occasionally handle absentee replacement on short notice.
