- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional writing and grammar skills required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable and effective when communicating with clients about the estate planning process
- Experience understanding when not to give legal advice
- Experienced in managing deadlines and handling sensitive information
- Proficient with Mac computers
- Proficient in using and navigating Microsoft Office, Adobe, and timekeeping software
- At least 2-3 years of experience in estate planning
