The Station Manager role oversees the entire railbike site, ensuring smooth operations for all excursions. Managers will be responsible for maintaining a professional environment with a high sense of safety standards and excellent guest service while creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. This is a full-time, year round role with peak operating season from June-December, with off-season hours being limited to minimal tour schedules, business development, staffing, site maintenance and planning activities.
What you will be doing:
· Represent Colorado Railbike Adventures mission and vision
· Ensure all organizational, functional, and safety requirements are met daily
· Manage 20 team members, scheduling, training and development
· Assist in all team members duties
· Oversee and perform maintenance of station and rail track property
· Merchandise sales and inventory management
· Basic Bike Maintenance and management of maintenance vendors
· Organize special events, field trips, corporate outings, and parties
· Coordinate seasonal displays and activities
· Support marketing initiatives and social media presence

Qualifications:
· Driver’s License
· CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to be trained
· FRA Rules Certification (training provided)
· 18 years old
· High School diploma or equivalent
· College degree in business, hospitality management or other related field preferred
Experience:
· Management (minimum 3 years)
Schedule:
· Peak Season May-December – minimal hours Jan - April
· Shifts vary seasonally and by day.
· Open Weekends and Holidays
· Closed Sunday Mornings, Mondays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve
Pay & Benefits
· Starting at $25hr
· Annual bonus and merit increases based on business and individual performance
