The Digital Product team is responsible for the entire end-to-end digital customer experience, from first to last touch. The Senior Product Manager - Growth is crucial in building and testing effective digital experiences at Blue Apron to acquire and convert new customers. They are responsible for building delightful customer experiences that achieve growth KPIs, as well as building scalable tools and systems that facilitate the effective acquisition and channel attribution of new customers via all marketing channels. In conjunction with your marketing, design and engineering partners you will set and execute the vision and strategy for the growth roadmap.
The Senior Product Manager - Growth will be responsible for the planning, prioritization, experimentation and execution of successful experiences, products and integrations. This includes understanding and prioritizing product, customer, and stakeholder needs, defining product goals, and working closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to bring solutions to market. You’ll ensure successful product performance through analysis, a deep understanding of marketing needs, customer needs and objective data analysis and reporting.
WHAT'S ON THE MENU
Work with business stakeholders, design and engineers to analyze, ideate, execute and validate new user facing experiences to achieve shared acquisition, conversion and activation goals.
Evaluate and execute the installation of marketing tools and data integrations that allow Blue Apron to optimize our new customer acquisition, conversion and activation marketing across multiple channels.
Conduct experiments and user research to achieve growth goals, shape the vision for the growth roadmap and become an expert in your domain.
Work with our partnerships team to understand the needs of potential partners and work with the rest of the Digital Product team to translate these into shared capabilities.
Work with marketing to develop tools allowing them to adjust goals and run creative experiments.
Collaborate with product managers across Blue Apron's content, creation, data, commerce, and monetization verticals, in order to integrate the Performance Marketing tools effectively across our full technology stack.
NECESSARY INGREDIENTS
5 years in Product Management at a technology company; must have worked on growth and marketing technology problems.
Experience in funnel analysis through GA and other platforms.
Experience working with marketing platform vendors, media agencies, partners and marketing team.
Experience delivering impactful products and features that are heavily informed by data, as well as user research.
Track record in building successful, user-facing acquisition, conversion and activation experiences.
Experience in using experimentation to drive business KPIs, while remaining user-focused.
Passion for building products that unlock value for people who are not power users.
Experience influencing the Executive Team members on key strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to establish, track and report objectively on product performance metrics.
