Columbia Basin Health Association’s (CBHA’s) School Based Liaison is someone that is passionate about connecting with people, detail oriented, very organized, a go-getter, and customer service driven. This role will have the opportunity to significantly contribute to a mission-driven organization and work alongside school districts’ leadership serving students in the communities CBHA operates. The School Based Liaison participates in the creation and planning of programs that provide service to students and will support the expansion relationships with school leadership. The School Based Liaison supports marketing initiatives and coordinates / represents the organization at events. Works cross-functionally to assist in the alignment of programs and partnerships across the organization and with external partners.

- Event Planning
- With management oversight, coordinate event planning and other outreach opportunities. Includes coordinating employee and student attendance, promotions and
- Provide onsite support for school events
- Oversee company branding at local events
- Coordinate and ensure employee volunteer attendance at events
- Primarily responsible for implementing the .
- Communications
- Coordinate with Marketing department to update internal and external website related to school based programs and school events
- Write program recaps, plans and presentations for review by management team
- Keep up with various school event calendars
- Complete targeted outreach to students and/or parents
- Relationship & Project Management
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key partners, students, providers, school leadership, vendors and internal/external stakeholders
- Development of volunteerism toolkits; employee involvement tracking and reporting
- Other
- Conduct research and develop a competitive analysis of school relationship practices by other companies
- Consult with and support our clinic staff as they navigate school engagement opportunities
- Assist with various projects as assigned by supervisor
- Provide backup support for Site Directors / Clinic Managers as required
- Other duties as
- Promotes a positive work culture and upholds clinic policies and procedures, including the WE CARE standards of
- Uphold confidentiality at all times in regards to CBHA activities, reports, financials, patient health information and other proprietary information specific to
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience
- Concentrations in Non-profit Management, Marketing, Communications or Public Relations
- 2 – 5 years’ related experience, 1-2 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, internal communications, marketing or community relations
- Ability to prepare correspondence and reports with Microsoft
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel to create tables and simple displays of
- Ability to generate and modify
- Ability to create basic presentations in Microsoft
