Behavior Support Staff - Bloomsburg 5th St Center
CCDP Head Start has an opening for one Behavior Support Staff to help preschool children improve their social and emotional skills. We are looking for someone with motivation, drive, passion, and the ability to work with a variety of teams in a busy early learning environment.
The position will be located in our childcare center in Bloomsburg. This is a full year (52 week) position working 33.5 hours per week. Hourly rate varies depending on education and/or experience.

What you’ll do:
- Assist children in learning appropriate social emotional skills through large groups, small groups, and individual instruction.
- Assist in implementing individual behavior plans.
- Provide one-on-one behavioral support to children as needed in the classroom.
What we’re looking for:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year experience working with preschool children required.
