Compensation:

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus included
• $34.00 - $50.78 per hour depending on experience, education, and certifications
• Referral Bonuses are available for any CNA, MA, or RN you refer that gets hired in other departments at CCHS

River's Walk Assisted Living Facility opened it's doors in February of 2023 as a way for CCHS to better serve the aging population of Columbia County and the surrounding area. River's Walk consists of 4 total cottages on the CCHS campus and up to 11 residents may reside in each cottage. We believe in choice, dignity, independence, individuality, privacy, and respect for our residents and their families.
The Health Services Director will have clinical oversight of personal care staff and coordinating all personal care services provided to residents by personal care staff. In this role, you will promote the health and well being of each resident. Clinical oversight of River's Walk includes pre-admission assessments, monitoring resident condition changes, notifying care staff of changes, and facilitating resident care conferences and service plan reviews. Additionally, you will be a part of continuous quality improvement, managing compliance with RCWs, and ensuring both residents and staff operate in a safe environment.
We are looking for the right candidate to have an active Washington State Registered Nurse license, prior leadership experience, and prior experience working in an Assisted Living environment.
