Columbia Grain, a growing company, has an immediate need for a new leader at our Wilma Pea Plant in Clarkston, Washington.
The Pulse Operations Manager is responsible for general management of the specialty crop processing facility.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Plant management experience, preferably food related.
- A strong knowledge of agricultural production and modern farm practice.
- Experience leading a strong safety culture.
- Advanced knowledge of food quality and food safety.
- A lead-by-example management style.
- Advanced communication and computer skills.
- A drive to grow professionally.
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible ON-SITE opportunity. Relocation assistance will be considered for the right candidate.
