Automotive Product Specialist

We are looking to hire a Honda Product Specialist. This is the Highest volume import dealership in Central Missouri for 6 years in a row. We pride ourselves on our workplace culture. Responsibilities for a Product Specialist will include but are not limited to the following:

• Be a specialist for the Honda brand for the benefit of our customers
• Be a team player, that is part of something bigger than one individual
• Understand product knowledge and guide customers through their purchase journey
• Provide award winning follow up and customer experiences
• Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives
• Assist customers with questions and concerns promptly with empathy and confidence
• Generate letters, emails, calls for continuous follow up with customers
