ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for verifying all information related to the different revenue centers derived from gaming operations to include but not limited to Cage, Table Games, Slots
- Creates and communicates exception reports for violations of company policies and procedures.
- Compiles daily paperwork and inputs various statistical data. Analyzes and creates spreadsheets related to revenue types, settlement methods, and over/shorts.
- Attends meetings and training sessions.
- Maintains all aspects of work and files in a neat and orderly manner.
- Performs special projects as assigned by supervisors.
- Responsible for assuring the highest quality guest experience by promoting the Thoughtful Service Model throughout all areas of responsibility. Handles and resolves guest complaints and concerns related to accounts receivable.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must register and maintain registration as a gaming employee in the State of Nevada pursuant to NRS 463.335.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, ACSC, and LMS. Ability to efficiently use a 10-key.
REASONING ABILITY
