Job Summary: This position supports general operations of our service department in a variety of tasks to help the day to day pace of the dealership. This may include but is not limited to the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Transporting customers to and from dealership within the area.
- Assisting Service Advisors with checking in customers and their vehicles.
- Vacuuming and assisting in washing process of customer vehicles.
- Check in Rental Cars.
- Various other responsibilities to assist service advisors in providing an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- To perform this job successfully, this individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Team player attitude
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent follow through skills
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Be able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
