Description

JOB SUMMARY

 

Responsible for providing support to the functions of the Planning Department.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

 

  • Maintains and monitors aircraft and engine storage schedules
  • Prints and builds work packages to include corridor inputs
  • Issues work packs to control booth per Program Managers direction
  • Responsible to ensure customer approvals for over and above’s material/tooling and OSV are in place prior to issuing paperwork (approval levels set individually per customer)
  • Assist control booth with closing work packages as needed
  • Prepare departure packages for Program Managers
  • Set up OSV services for jobs
  • Researches and prints tech data for work packages
  • Prepares invoice for storage and FFP projects with Program Manager review approval as needed
  • Scan work packages as required per customer
  • Sends completed invoices to accounts payable as needed
  • Responsible for Aircraft/Engine Master summery inputs and accuracy
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • And other duties as assigned

Qualifications


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

 

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
