Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing client campaign strategies and brand positioning from ideation through execution, (inclusive of market research, brainstorming, conceptualizing, copywriting, directing, managing contracts, adhering to legal compliance, and demonstrating end to end project management). independently or in partnership with Creative Director(s) and or Manager(s).
Confidently leads dynamic creative discovery and presentation meetings with clients by professionally representing Effectv and utilizing excellent listening and relationship building skills.
Demonstrates a clear understanding of the fundamentals of creative execution, effective marketing, and multi-platform advertising towards client’s KPIs.
Develops budgets proportional to media spend, set realistic timeline expectations, and close creative opportunities while focusing on targeted financial metrics.
Responsible to hire vendors with exceptional understanding of visual storytelling through various creative mediums and execute the best outcome within budget for each project.
Collaborates and/or lead business partners to help develop and close prospect opportunities by leveraging creative expertise.
Builds trust by communicating and collaborating in a professional, flexible, and positive manner to move projects forward within established timelines.
Manages multiple assigned projects in an organized and proactive manner.
Consistently communicates and update project status in CRM and project management software.
Thrives in a fast paced sales organization by proactively meeting challenges and offering revenue generating Effectv solutions.
