Job Summary

Comcast Business is a growing part of the Comcast organization – focused on delivering advanced technology solutions and business-driven partnership to companies of all sizes. As we continue to build the Comcast Business brand, the Division Operations role is a critical component for how we go to market and operationalize both the Small Business and Enterprise segments. The Manager of Division Operations will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation and trafficking of all 360 Integrated Marketing Communication campaigns for the Divisions. Works closely with the Division and HQ teams to track and help implement IMC campaigns across all creative agencies, Division and HQ leads. Helps to provide direction between HQ and Divisions, tracking all large-scale programs, the HQ advertising and media agencies with Division and HQ plans.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

    • Collaborates across the Marketing Communications team, Division team, creative and media agencies.

    • Acts as a liaison to one key Division, regularly connecting & working to implement media and messaging plans to Division and HQ strategy.

    • Manages relationships across key Division team, ensuring all plans are seamlessly executed by Division accurately and on time.

    • Assists Division with creative recommendations and solutions based on landscape, competitive pressures and data insights.

    • Helps to build and maintain Division PORs and media calendars, including detailed quarterly overviews and weekly creative snapshots.

    • Manages the tracking of all Division requests related to IMC Campaigns, including matrix compilation for new and existing campaigns for BAU Division plans, National Promotions, Brand, Thought Leadership, Experiential plans, etc..

    • Manages the execution and delivery of all HQ and Division campaign tactics including ISCI codes, nomenclature, media files and order instructions.

    • Responsible for assisting with digital trafficking, helping to setup and initiate traffic for all digital tactics including OLV, OLA, Display, Mobile and more.

    • Partners with internal teams to manage Flashtalking rotations, including Desktop, Mobile and OLV rotations for both GM and Multicultural (Division and HQ Media).

    • Assists in preparing and delivering all display, mobile and OLV results with creative strategy recommendations during monthly reporting calls to HQ and Divisions.

    • Provides guidance to Specialists regarding implementation of campaign tactics, timing, strategic shifts, etc..

    • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

    • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Salary:

National Pay Range: $68,061.38 USD-$159,518.85 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.


Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
