Core Responsibilities
- Acts as the Subject Matter Expert/owner of respective product development and deployment projects

Oversees and facilitates consistent matrixed communications (HQ, Division, Region) to drive projects forward and create product fluency from Frontline to Senior Executive levels
- Must demonstrate prior experience to pivot from macro, strategic thinking to having intimate product/project knowledge
- Internalizes and represents the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle. Coordinates across other functional areas to secure buy-in to deliver on the defined end-to-end customer experience
- Participates in defining product functional requirements. Provides product support and documentation and develops product materials. Engages functional partners to validate assumptions, drive project awareness, and surface opportunities and risks.
- Uses data to build justification and validation for various business cases. Assists in budgeting and analysis of products unit and financial performance, with goal of identifying opportunities and risks.
- Contributes to the product vision across the team and the organization
- Ability to navigate difficult conversations and vocalize/defend the West Division stance
- Partners with Division Project Management Organization (DPMO) in developing timelines, tracking new product/feature/initiative launches, and leading project management on functionally managed projects
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing, dynamic and fast paced environment; willingness to take risks and learn quickly
- Ability to synthesize and effectively present complex product features or enhancements in accessible language to cross-functional groups and sales organizations
- Takes initiative to help problem solve and lead solution-based discussions to drive successful product and service launches
- Able to understand and gather insights from data to help drive solutions and prioritization for the company
- Prioritizes work and projects based on the strategy and goals of the business
Additional Requirements
- Very Strong demonstrated proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint required
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills a must
- Telecom or Wireless experience a plus
