What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Stack Developer position at Comcentric?
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer for a REMOTE 4-6 month contract for a top ten US retailer and Fortune 50 company. (Lodging Stipend Provided for non-local candidates). Housing Allowance provided to non-local candidates for duration of contract.
The Full Stack Developer position will be supporting integration definition and development, operational data store design and development, and design of integration enrichment logic design and development for the newly formed Labor Optimization Services team. It is a position focused on UI development.
Ideal candidate will have some of the following:
- Java (Mandatory), Spring boot, Kotlin, Micronaut
- React (Mandatory), Angular.js, and other JavaScript frameworks
- Technical knowledge of and experience with building REST Services
- Fluent in the essential front-end web development technologies, i.e., HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience in building Progressive web apps
- CI/CD tools like Jenkins (preferably), GOCD, CircleCI
- Must be knowledgeable of building scalable solutions
- Must have strong technical knowledge of and experience with Distributed Computing
- Must be experienced in containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with test automation
- Experience with one of the cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP
