We are currently seeking Behavioral Health Assistants for an opportunity in Woodward, IA.
Environment: Behavioral health - working with adult populations
Pay:$22.50 per hour
Shift(s): Some flexibility in hours possible.
- AM shift: 5:45am-2:15pm
- PM shift: 1:45pm-10:15pm NOC
- NOC shift:10pm-6am Fri - Sun 8am - 8:30pm Thu - Sun 8am - 8:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Provide support with basic health and behavioral health needs
- Oversee and monitor residents day to day activities
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- CNA license or MA license a plus not required
- Must possess excellent communication skills
