What are the responsibilities and job description for the Telecommunication Technician position at Comcentric?

We are seeking a Telecommunications Technician for a 4-12 month contract. This will be a hybrid work opportunity in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Works on relatively straightforward installation and/or maintenance assignments on telephony equipment.
  • Technician for customer/company telephony Users and telephony systems installation and/or maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
  • Cisco CUCM experience.
  • Avaya experience preferred.
  • Technical certification preferred.

Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card Holders, paid on a W2.
