Vice President, Small Business Banking Specialist II
The Small Business Banking Specialist is a dedicated sales resource responsible for supporting retail banking centers in the development of our Small Business Banking Segment. The role will be a subject matter expert in lending to small businesses with revenues generally up to $3 million and total credit needs up to $1 million, including working capital lines of credit, term loans, and commercial real estate.

Position Responsibilities
- Achieve annual individual production goal of new Small Business loans.
- Execute high-quality sales processes, including development of pre-call plans. Execute high-quality sales conversations with small business owners that are consultative, effective, and memorable.
- Provide quality coaching and support to banking centers to develop their maximum value to small business clients.
- Ongoing development and relationship building with external referral sources (COIs).
- Evidence strong time management skills that mirror individual sales plan priorities. Complete timely pipeline and activity reporting via CRM (Salesforce).
- Active participant in team sales support functions.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university OR 12 years of financial services experience
- 8 years of business development experience including small business lending
- 8 years of portfolio management experience
- 5 years of credit sales/underwriting experience
