What you’ll be doing :
We are seeking a reliable and organized entry level Office staff to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office and client service.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. As an Office staff, you will undertake a variety of tasks to support daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Responsibilities :
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of information.
- Assist with scheduling client appointments and coordinate with scheduling specialist.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned including caregiving if needed.
- Handle general office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
What we’re looking for :
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Some experience as an office assistant and caregiving is very desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Must have strong work ethics and ability to learn quickly.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus.
- Must be detail oriented and display a positive work ethic.
- Ability to perform caregiving task with clients on as needed basis.
