About The Job:

We are urgently seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team in Bridgman, MI. You will provide essential in-home care and support to elderly or disabled individuals, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with meal preparation and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, cleaning).
• Monitor health conditions and report any concerns.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
  
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to client needs.
• Ability to work independently and reliably.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
