**Job Summary:** (SIGN-ON BONUS!!!)
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and help ensure excellent patient care.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare patients for dental work
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in X-Ray procedures
- Knowledge of CAD software for dental applications
- Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software
- Ability to perform patient assessment and chairside assisting
- Strong anatomy knowledge for dental procedures
- Competency in taking vital signs and using aseptic techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology specific to dentistry
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is a plus
