What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Maintenance & Grounds position at Comfort Inn by Choice Hotels?
Our company is in search for someone to join our grounds & maintenance department. The role would be to complete daily tasks given such as:
-Toilet repair / install
-PTAC AC repair
-Painting
-Sheet rock
-Flooring install (LVT)
-Light plumbing work
-Light electrical
-Door lock repair
-Smoke detectors
-Mattress protectors
-Keeping grounds clean / trash
-Being able to go to Home Depot to pickup material
-May need to work between 2 locations
You will need knowledge in these areas to repair day to day motel guest complaints & motel renovations/repairs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
