What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Maintenance position at Comfort Inn by Choice Hotels?
We are seeking an individual capable of handling general maintenance as well as hotel preventative Maintenance (PM)
- This job will be 32 to 40 hours a week
- Responsibilities include responding to repair calls from the rooms or property
- Preventative Maintenance and checklists completed per quarter for every room
- Knowledge of hotel building systems
- Background of engineering and mechanical maintenance is a must.
- Verifiable references required
- You will need to have the ability to work on your feet and lift, turn and bend.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
