What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Attendant (Overnight) position at Comfort Inn Syosset Long Island?
As Overnight House Attendant at our hotel, you will create a warm and inviting experience for our guests! The ideal candidate must enjoy directing efforts toward guest satisfaction and cleanliness.

Role Responsibilities:
Able to perform house attendant duties as outlined in the training program and property specific checklists.
Basic knowledge of how to solve room care equipment problems and/or who to contact for resolution.
Identify maintenance issues and communicate them to maintenance.
Monitor and clean public areas including the lobby, bar, elevators, back landings, fitness center, business center, and meeting rooms.
Vacuum, sweep, and/or mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas and foyers.
Complete job specific checklist on a daily basis.
Operate all equipment in correct and safe manner. Able to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy equipment and stand for extended periods of time. Lifting may include equipment or furniture weighing 80 pounds
Able to work a flexible schedule including some weekends, evenings and Holidays.
