TITLE: Guest Service Agent
REPORTS TO: Assistant General Manager/Front Office Manager
DEPARTMENT: Front Desk

As a Front Desk Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service on a regular basis ensuring that we meet and exceed our guests’ expectations. Candidates with a great smile, big personality, excellent service skills and a desire to grow within the company are highly desired. Front Desk Guest Service Representative duties will include but not limited to:
- Providing that critical first impression to our guests and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone every day.
- Enjoy solving problems, be comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently.
Job requirements:
- Must have excellent communication, phone, written and hospitality skills.
- Able to stand for 8-hour shifts
- A flexible schedule is necessary for this position, including ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- ChoiceAdvantage experience preferred but not required

IV. SKILLS, EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Previous front desk experience highly preferred.
Prior experience using Windows based software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred but not required.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to work well and collaborate with others.
Superior customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills.
May be required to stand for an extended period of time.
Able to work a flexible schedule.

Pay: $10.00 - $11.50 per hour
